2. Do you ship across Europe?
Yes, we deliver to most European countries. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times will be shown during checkout based on your location.

 

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. For France, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. For other European countries, delivery may take 5–10 days depending on the destination.

 

4. Can I return or exchange a product?Yes, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer support to initiate the return process.
